“I came in mid-August to get my wisdom teeth removed. The team was very supportive throughout this procedure but it was definitely the effort that came in after my operation that has been very greatly appreciated. I am a tourist in Canada and I had to use my dental insurance to claim back the procedure costs and Shannon on front desk worked with me for over 2-3 months to ensure my insurance team got what they needed to process my claim. Shannon always stayed on top of my enquiry and always kept me up to date with the progress of getting letters signed and getting referrals from the first dental centre I went to sent over to her. Shannon and Metroplex really went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate this effort. “I started going to see Dr. Amir Ajar three years ago for my implant. I have done my three implants with him. I have never been disappointed. He is very professional and personable and even makes the “dentist” experience almost fun! He will happily answer any questions before, during or after any procedure. I have maybe the worst teeth you may imagine and I have experienced many dentists back in my home country. I know Dr. Ajar was doing an outstanding job and I trusted him. He knows his work well and his patients. I don’t even have to speak much! Even I don’t speak very good English he still knows how I am feeling about every stage of my implant and would explain before we start move on. Any patient comfort is his most important concern! After I finished my three implant with him I had a new issue with my old rood canals and crowns. That’s how I met Dr. Payam Delijoui, then I had other outstanding practice with him as well. The one of the long complex appointment I had was 7 hours straight with my specialists, Dr. Delijoui and Dr. Ajar again. Their receptionist Debra and Fereshta are so helpful at the front.
I can’t recommend him highly enough, but I am certainly going to try with all my area friends even they don’t speak much English.”
